Stephen M. Wauck
- Workers' Compensation Claims
Stephen began working for Berg & Berg in 2007 as a paralegal. The experience and confidence he gained at the firm encouraged him to enroll at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Stephen has also appeared in many civil cases ranging from rather small cases to million dollar claims. Stephen also handles a variety of criminal defense matters for the firm in felony, misdemeanor and traffic courts.
Stephen received his J.D., cum laude, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Before law school, Stephen earned his B.A. from the University of Dallas, with a major in history and a minor in German, graduating summa cum laude. After college, he lived for a year in Germany as a Fulbright scholar. Besides German, Stephen also speaks fluent Spanish.
In his free time, Stephen is an avid musician who plays Irish music on the flute and tin whistle.
